Prof. M K Sanu
Regarded as the notable literary critic of our times, M K Sanu is also a retired professor, biographer, editor, translator, journalist, orator, social activist and humanist. He has authored over thirty-six books, translated four and edited ten. He is a permanent member of International body for Human rights. He is also the founding member of Mithram, a school for the mentally challenged. Changampuzha Krishnapilla: Nakshatrangalude Snehabhajanam, Narayanaguru Swami, Mruthyunjayam Kavyajeevitham, Sahodaran. K. Ayyappan, Kattum Velichavum, Chakravalam, Rajaveedhi, Viswasathilek Veendum American Sahityam and Prabhatha Darshanam are his important works. M K Sanu is a recipient of several coveted honours, including the Kerala Sahitya Academy Award, Vayalar Award, Padmaprabha Award and Kendra Sahitya Academy Award. In 2013 the State Government of Kerala honoured him with the highest literary award of the state, the Ezhuthachan Puraskaram.
