P Valsala
With her exceptional literary articulations of the tribal community in Kerala, P Valsala stands distinguished among the writers. She is a novelist, short story writer and social activist all rolled into one. She was the chairperson of Kerala Sahitya Academy for a while. She was associated with the progressive writer’s movement as well.
